SERVICE AGREEMENT WITH HOTELSPRO

PAID HOTELSPRO VISA SUPPORT SERVICE AGREEMENT


THE LEGAL AGREEMENT SET OUT BELOW GOVERN YOUR USE OF THE PAID HOTELSPRO VISA SUPPORT SERVICE. TO AGREE TO THESE TERMS, CLICK "AGREE." IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THESE TERMS, DO NOT CLICK "AGREE," AND DO NOT USE THE SERVICES.

THE LEGAL AGREEMENT GOVERN THE ORDER IN WHICH PAID HOTELSPRO VISA SUPPORT SERVICE IS GRANTED WHEN AN APPLICATION FOR VISA SUPPORT IS FILLED, SUBMITTED AND PAID THROUGH HOTELSPRO VISA SUPPORT SERVICE.

HOTELSPRO VISA SUPPORT SERVICE IS PROVIDED BY HOTELS PRO LLC. (TIN 7704772670, REFERENCE NUMBER MBT 013725).

THIS IS A PUBLIC OFFER SENT TO YOU FROM HOTELS PRO LLC.

BY INITIATING THE APPLICATION FOR VISA SUPPORT, YOU AGREE TO THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF VISA SUPPORT SERVICE SET FORTH BELOW:
  1. GENERAL TERMS

    1. Online visa support services are the property of Hotels Pro LLC. (hereinafter HotelsPro), established and operated in compliance with the legislation of the Russian Federation.
    2. The paid online visa support services, requested through HotelsPro Visa Support system, are provided by Hotels Pro LLC., registration number МВТ 013725.
    3. Visa Support -- is an official document issued by Hotels Pro LLC. and consist of Confirmation of acceptance and Voucher, both signed and stamped.
    4. HotelsPro undertakes to provide Visa Support that must be submitted 30 days prior to obtain a tourist visa to Russia. This document is not a visa. It does not permit to enter the territory of the Russian Federation, and does not guarantee an issuance of visa to Russia.
    5. Application, or Order to be filled, submitted and paid online through HotelsPro Visa Support Service.
    6. Applicant -- is a person filling, submitting and paying for visa support application online in order to get visa support for him-/herself, or for another person.
  2. DELIVERY

    1. HotelsPro sends the Visa Support as a link to PDF document stored on secure HotelsPro’s servers. At the end of online registration the link to the document in PDF will be sent to your email address for further download or print out.
    2. If an original paper copy of Visa Support is required, Delivery by DHL option (hereinafter Delivery service) in the order form must be selected.
    3. The delivery is operated by DHL International GmbH. or other express delivery company (hereinafter Delivery company).
    4. Delivery service is provided for an additional charge which will be automatically added to the order’s total. Most accurate delivery costs are available in the order form, however it may change after the order is made and paid if changed by Delivery company. The difference in costs must be paid by the Applicant.
    5. HotelsPro is not responsible for any damage or loss of the shipment since Delivery company’s courier picked up the shipment. All complaints concerning delivery must be addressed to Delivery company.
  3. LIABILITY

    1. HotelsPro will not be liable for non-issuance of a visa to Russia. The decision on that matter rests entirely within the jurisdiction of the Russian Consulates. HotelsPro will not be liable for the occurrence of damages or losses suffered in case a visa is denied, or delayed, or other difficulties in gaining entry to or exit from Russia arise.
    2. HotelsPro will not be liable in case of insurance events, incidents, crimes against foreign tourists or their property and in case when transport, financial, or other problems associated with the organization of a tours to Russia for a foreign tourist arise.
    3. To obtain the Visa Support an applicant should provide all the required data, including passport details of each visitor. HotelsPro will not be liable for any difficulties you may experience in case you have provided incorrect information.
  4. PAYMENT

    1. HotelsPro will charge a set fee for each Visa Support request against the credit card you specified while filing an application. This amount of fee will be withdrawn from the credit card upon the completion of your request for Visa Support. It is advisable for you to check in advance whether your have sufficient funds to pay the fee on your credit card.
    2. All payments are proceeded by Payture Processing center and Internet Acquiring (hereinafter Payment system). HotelsPro will not store your credit card information.
  5. REFUNDS POLICY

    1. Visa support service is provided since the confirmation letter with the link to PDF Visa support is sent to the email provided in the Application.
    2. No refunds can be proceeded since Visa support service is provided.
    3. Delivery service is provided since the original paper copy of Visa support is picked up by Delivery company’s courier.
    4. Partial refund is considered for the amount paid for Delivery service, if requested within 5 days after Visa support service application is filled, submitted and paid, and if Delivery service has not been provided yet.
    5. Since the partial refund for Delivery service is proceeded, HotelsPro will not provide Delivery service for that order.
  6. OTHER TERMS

    1. Your visa must be registered with the local representative of the Migration Service of the Russian Federation within three working days upon your arrival to Russia. The responsibility of timely registration lies entirely on you or the entity providing your hotel or apartment accommodation. We warn you that you must register your visa as soon as possible after your arrive to the Russian Federation. Violation of this rule may affect visa denial in the future.
    2. You expressly agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Russian Federation to hear all disputes arising from the provisions of this Agreement.
    3. You can print or save a copy of the Agreement at your discretion.
    4. If any provision in this Contract is determined to violate the laws of the Russian Federation in whole or in part, such invalidity or unenforceability must attach only to such provision and everything else in this Agreement must continue in full force and effect.

PRIVACY POLICY OF HOTELS PRO VISA SUPPORT SERVICE


HOTELS PRO LLC. (HEREINAFTER “HOTELS PRO") GUARANTEE THE PRIVACY OF ALL THE INFORMATION INCLUDING PERSONAL DATA PROVIDED BY AN APPLICANT WHILE FILLING IN THE ONLINE ORDER FORM FOR VISA SUPPORT SERVICE.

THE PRIVACY POLICY SET OUT BELOW GOVERN YOUR PERSONAL DATA PROCESSING BY HOTELS PRO LLC. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY, DO NOT FILL IN THE ORDER FORM WITH YOUR PERSONAL DATA AND DO NOT USE THE SERVICES.

BY INITIATING THE APPLICATION FOR VISA SUPPORT, YOU AGREE TO THE PRIVACY POLICY SET FORTH BELOW:
  1. THE PURPOSE OF PROCESSING PERSONAL DATA

    To apply for a Visa Support online service, you yourself will fill in the order form with the personal data of the applicant(-s).

    There are two times of personal data to be entered.

    Required: First, last, and middle names, Sex, Date of birth, Citizenship, Passport number, and Email.

    Optional: Postal address, Fax number, and Phone number.

    The required data is necessary for Hotels Pro to issue visa support documents (confirmation and voucher).

    The personal data entered in the order form to be used exclusively for performing the service of Visa Support strictly under the terms & conditions of the service Agreement. The service of Visa Support can not be performed without the required data.

  2. UTILIZATION OF PERSONAL DATA

    Hotels Pro does not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer to outside parties your personal data unless we provide users with advance notice. This does not include website hosting partners and other parties who assist us in operating our website, conducting our business, or serving our users, so long as those parties agree to keep this information confidential. We may also release information when it's release is appropriate to comply with the law, enforce our site policies, or protect ours or others' rights, property or safety.

    Hotels Pro itself and its partners will not disclose any personal data to any third party. Hotels Pro has the right to transfer the personal data only for the purposes of performing Visa Support service.

    Hotels Pro has the right to use the First, last and middle names of applicants for generating its partners’ financial statements and accounting reports. No other personal data must be used for this purpose.

    Before filling in the online order form for Visa Support service, it is necessary that you read the terms & conditions of the service Agreement and this Privacy Policy in full to get information on how the Visa Support service is being processed. By accepting the terms & conditions of the service Agreement and this Privacy Policy, you consent to the collection, systematization, accumulation, record keeping, updating and changing, utilization, transfer under paragraphs 2.2 and 2.3, depersonalization and discarding of your personal data. This consent permits Hotels Pro to carry out any actions with your personal data, which do not contradict the laws of the Russian Federation and are necessary to perform the service under the terms & conditions of the service Agreement, including processing the online request, transfer of your personal data to Hotels Pro’s servers and creation of financial statements and accounting reports.

    Hotels Pro system uses SSL protocol for secure data transmission. This protocol is the standard of the industry for encryption of all personal information.

    If you disagree with the terms & conditions of the service Agreement and this Privacy Policy, you shall not fill in an online order form and sending your application. Your request for Visa Support service will not be completed. There will be no further processing of your personal data.

  3. UTILIZATION OF COOKIES

    In order to provide quality online visa support service, Hotels Pro will store cookies on your computer for further use.

    Hotels Pro guarantees that no advertising company will to gain access to the cookies used for processing of your visa support request and issuance of the Visa Support.

    We record and save your IP-address, browser type, the Internet service provider information for future use in case we detect errors of the system, fraud-monitoring activities, or unauthorized actions.

  4. THE RIGHT TO EDIT AND DELETE INFORMATION AND PERSONAL DATA

    Upon the completion of your visa support application processing, you will receive a link to the Visa Support in PDF format for further download or printing out. The Visa Support will be sent to the email address provided in the online order form at the time of filing in the application.

    Please double-check the information you enter in the order form. If you need to make changes to the personal data you have entered, please send us an email to support@hotels-pro.ru.

    In a case of loss of Visa Support, you can request a copy by sending an email to support@hotels-pro.ru.

    Please be advised that your personal information will remain in our database whether you proceed with the request for Visa Support or cancel it. The fee you pay for the Visa Support service is nonrefundable as described in the terms & conditions of the Agreement.

    You can contact Hotels Pro LLC to request your personal information to be removed from our database. For this send us am email to support@hotels-pro.ru.

  5. ACCESS TO PERSONAL DATA

    Access to the personal data of the applicant requesting the Visa Support service online is allowed to Hotels Pro employees, Hotels Pro partners by the secure authorization at Hotels Pro system with the personal login and password.

  6. CHANGES TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY

    Hotels Pro LLC reserves the right at any time whenever necessary to change this Privacy Policy or the method of collection, transmission and processing of personal data and other similar information under the laws of Russian Federation.

    Any changes to be announced in this Privacy Policy.
